My ex and I hired Mr. Pollack and his firm last year to do our divorce mediation. Mr. Pollack work with us from beginning to end and accomplished what I really did not think was going to be possible. I'm glad we chose the mediation route and I am glad we chose Mr. Pollack and his firm to handle it for us. He is very professional, very empathetic, very patient and obviously is an expert in divorce law and mediation. I would highly recommend him.

I really appreciated the way Mr. Pollack handled my divorce for me. My husband has abused me emotionally and physically for many years. My divorce case was complicated because my ex was hiding money all over the place; he is a self employed contractor. Mr. Pollack was so aggressive with him. He sent subpoenas to all of my ex's customers over the last 5 years (bcz I found a box of his job invoices...lol) and after the first few called to tell my ex off, he started talking! I know we could not find every dollar but at least I know about how much he really earns and because of that I got a fair deal on child support and alimony. I also got a nice amount of settlement money from him. Compared to how it was during my marriage I basically struck gold. So I owe all of this to Mr. Pollack and his smarts and his expert legal skills. He treated me great and his people (Mary and Lori especially; thank you both!) were also amazing.

I have never reviewed anything or anyone on the internet before but my experience with Robert B. Pollack and The Pollack Law Firm was so excellent that I felt compelled in a sense, to tell the world! My wife's attorney paled in comparison as far as knowledge, professionalism, compassion, guidance and results... that was clear. Through his skills in negotiation and really, "salesmanship", he turned what I thought would be a hopeless situation into a settlement that was quite favorable to me. Throughout the case he always reminded me of his mantra..." have quiet confidence"... meaning, don't get upset, remain cool and be able to put things in perspective so your whole life is not ruled by the divorce process. I am telling you; that little bit of advice helped me stay centered and strong throughout. I could go on and on, but I don't want to lose my audience! lol. I retained the Pollack Law Firm and Mr. Pollack was my attorney throughout my divorce. He was great! His people are wonderful and that whole atmosphere in the office was always one of calmness and wanting to make you feel comfortable and confident in your case. My ex-husband's attorney wanted to go to court right from the beginning but Mr. Pollack persuaded him to stay at the table and negotiate and we did that and it ended up successful in a fairly short amount of time. I would highly recommend Robert Pollack and his firm to anyone needing a top notch, knowledgeable and sharp divorce lawyer. I found him through his website and scheduled a consultation and was convinced that he was going to represent me. I had seen other attorneys but Mr. Pollack was clearly ahead on all counts. He proved that to me throughout my case. He is aggressive when necessary but also very diplomatic in order to get what he wants from the other side. He is a great negotiator and was able to come up with a very creative settlement that got me what I needed but also left my ex husband in a position where he was ready to agree. My husband's lawyer really did not have a clue; all he wanted was to take me to court and it was obvious he was doing that to make more money for himself. Mr. Pollack was a wonderful choice to represent me in my divorce. I found his firm online and as a coincidence, my friend used his firm as well and she told me how great he was. His approach is to be engaged with you and to work with you to understand the underlying social relationship between the couple. I appreciated this because I am a therapist by profession. I see how his method helped set the tone and direction for the settlement discussions that occurred in my case. Ultimately, the case was settled and my ex and I parted after 30 years on better terms then I though would be possible.
