Alexis M. Leland graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor's degree in anthropology. She completed her legal studies at Stanford University School of Law. Following law school, Ms. Leland had the honor of being a law clerk for a United States District Court Judge, Rudi Brewster.
