He also worked on policing reform projects at the ACLU of Southern California and the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, and co-authored a national survey of solitary confinement practices in state prisons.
Prior to joining Hadsell Stormer, Josh clerked for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
