I highly recommend this law firm. Brad Parker is knowledgeable, honest, and readily available for any concerns or questions regarding my case. He took the time to help me gain a clear understanding of all my legal options before beginning what could have been a very expensive process. Throughout my case, I was confident of his legal advice and direction. I am grateful for him and his passion for providing an outstanding service.

Brad Parker handled a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case for a family member and did an excellent job. Kept us advised of progress of the case and provided helpful advice along the way to conclusion. Very pleased with his services in this matter and in several others for our family over many years. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Brad and he supported the route I was going for. I felt hiring an attorney for my isssue was overkill and would set me back financially. Throughout my conversation he was very respectful and straightforward. You can tell he simply wants to help people! He explained various scenarios with me and took his time to inform me and guide me. For this reason I recommend him and in the future will be using him for when I need legal help.

I first worked with this firm in 2012. Let me just say Brad Parker is a very professional, intelligent, and caring attorney. He began my case with a singular issue which needed his expertise. It turned into multiple issues which brought about an intense amount of stress for me. His preparation, ability to explain complex legal issues, and presence in the court room brought me comfort and ultimately victory. Once you get an initial consultation with him either over the phone or in person, you will sense his confidence, honesty, straight forward legal analysis, and concern. If you are going to court or just need legal representation, you will be satisfied with his performance !

I have known Brad for over 10 years. While I have been a litigation attorney for over 25 years, my knowledge of bankruptcy law is limited. Brad is my "go to" attorney whenever I have a bankruptcy law question, or I need to refer a client to a bankruptcy attorney.

Brad Parker was phenomenal. From start to finish, he was very professional, hands-on, prompt and treated me with the utmost respect. Anytime I called, texted, emailed, without hesitation, he was available to beckon my every concern. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Mr. Parker for his expertise in probate law and litigation. I was prepared to be specific so that I wouldn't waste time for either one of us. Mr. Parker genuinely attempted to find a solution to a difficult situation. He went the extra mile to see if I had a reasonable chance of winning a probate challenge. Mr. Parker was honest about the likelihood of not achieving my desired outcome. Instead, when he couldn't see a reasonable winning path, he provided me with other ideas that could work, cost less and still achieve accountability for the core of my challenge. I felt very comfortable speaking with Mr. Parker and I felt like he immediately put his mind to work to find a solution.

Although Mr. Parker was unable to take my case due to a heavy case load, he was very empathetic regarding my situation and recommended a fellow colleague who was able to assist me. He took the time to listen to my request and asked clarifying questions, making me feel as if he were truly listening. Based on that alone, I would highly recommend Mr. Parker.

This has never happened before.... today I contacted Mr. Parker's to set up a consultation to for some legal advice. Thirty minutes later Mr. Parker personally called me. He listened to all my concerns and instead of setting up a consultation he answered all my questions and concerns. He took the time to really listen to me and then he explained and educated me on what I needed to do and how I could help myself with out the service of an attorney. He was on the phone with me well over an hour making sure I understood. Then something came up about another subject that had nothing to do with why I called and he give me advice and direction on that matter and emailed me helpful information. This was the first time I had ever called Mr. Parker but from the call you would not have known, he listened to every word I said and really cared about making sure I knew what I need to do to more forward. I defiantly would recommend him and will defiantly be contacting him in the future for anything I might need an attorney for. Thank you Mr. Parker for the lesson and with your advice I know exactly what I need to do!!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
