Julie graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University Law Center in 2015 and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2015. She also graduated with a Graduate Certificate in Energy Law & Policy. While at LSU, she was a published member of Louisiana Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 2011. When she's not practicing law, Julie enjoys playing the piano, exercising, and spending time outdoors. She is a part-time organist at Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Lake Charles. She is married to Jordan Taylor, who is also an attorney in Lake Charles.
