My Dad is very hard of hearing, and also just didn't think any of his documents needed updating. But he had a mix of old and older documents, and Janet Smith helped us sort them out. She updated the ones that needed updating so we could better help him, and in her clear, patient way, she explained to him why a few simple changes were needed. Because his hearing is so poor, he often misses out on important conversations, and I especially appreciated her efforts and her success communicating with him!

My partner and I thought our existing documents were good enough and just needed some tweaking and a fresh eye to ensure congruence among the various provisions.
