It was a pleasure being Steve Simon's client as all my concerns turned into confidence as he consistently represented me in a most professional manner. It was a big relief not having to worry about the Medicare paper work and billings, and i really appreciate the way his professional staff corrected all the Medicare lien errors as i would not have had a clue how to resolve this issue! The only thing i had to be concerned about was recovering from my injury! Steve's attention to detail and his follow-up with me was excellent, and he took the time to listen with genuine and heartfelt concern when i reached out to him, and this is a rare virtue these days. i greatly appreciate his efforts for obtaining a fair settlement for my injury, and i would recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for an experienced and respected personal injury trial attorney who gets results and the best possible outcome for his clients.

They Stink, Have had My case since 2018, And have done nothing but run me around. Lip Service, and setting meeting and Appointments without checking dates with me. Have lost Pay because of this, brought to their attention. Even had to Pay a Co Pay out of My Pocket. Looking for an Attorney, Go Elsewhere, This Firm is A Joke .

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
