Mr. Smith earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Oklahoma with concentrations in political science and government. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2008. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Mr. Smith has made consistent efforts to keep up with the ever-evolving legal landscape in Oklahoma, as evidenced by his membership in the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association since 2008 and the Diversity Business Association of Oklahoma since 2013. He has practiced in a wide variety of legal specialties, and now he uses that breadth and depth to represent clients in both courtroom trials and out of court negotiations and settlements.
