I was born and bred in the city that never sleeps of New York. Prior to becoming an attorney I took the unconventional path of racing cars professionally. Once it became a reality I was not going to be racing in the Indy 500 I headed back to New York and attended law school. After graduating in 2001 and being witness to events of 9/11 I made the decision to move to Colorado and settle in the place I knew best; Aspen. I had been coming to this wonderful town for the better part of three decades and decided to finally make it my home. After working as the obligatory ski instructor I became the Deputy District Attorney in Aspen and held that position for the better part of five years. During that time I prosecuted thousands of cases comprising and ranging from alcohol related driving offenses to domestic violence to assaults. The experience of working as a prosecutor has become priceless as my role as a defense attorney because I know what the state is doing in order to build its strongest case against you. Whether you are charged, or under investigation of a crime, you need a defense attorney that is experienced in evaluating, understanding and possibly preventing a charge before it is filed.

Credentials - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
Cost - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
City - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Here are a few to get you started:
