Hired Mrs. Wilson in 2007 for uncontested divorce. Mrs. Wilson was the sole legal representative in the original filing. Although borrowing wording from other similar cases is a common practice among attorneys, in this case, her lack of attention to detail resulted in many errors. A few years later, I ended up hiring a different attorney to petition the court to amend and correct some of those errors. I've recently made a claim for benefits according to the Settlement Agreement and discovered more errors. This "borrowing" from other documents leaves conflicting wording in the Settlement Agreement and Final Order. Paragraphs reflect certain terms but the wording that follows in subsequent paragraphs modifies original intent resulting in a haphazard mess that causes significant irreparable damage.

Working with Mrs Wilson was truly an amazing experience. For something that is usually looked at as a stressful situation, Mrs Wilson made things as clear and stress free as possible! She answered all of my questions and made sure I was knowledgeable of everything that was going on.
