Since serving in positions as Chief Counsel to the Departmental Disciplinary and Grievance Committees in both the Appellate Divisions 1st and 2nd Departments of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Mr. Cooper has spent nearly 30 years defending lawyers in attorney disciplinary cases and giving expert opinions on issues of ethics and professional responsibility in the practice of law.
