Mr. Mokris has been practicing law for over fifteen years.  He graduated from Regent University School of Law in 1997 and in 1998 began his legal career as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the County of Mecklenburg.  During his time as a prosecutor he handled all types of prosecutions and for a short period of time was appointed to fill out the remainder of John White-Hurst's term as Commonwealth Attorney after Mr. White-Hurst's untimely death in office.
