The staff at Adley’s attorney office are AMAZING! They were very transparent with me at the beginning and let me know the plan of action associated with the service! Everyone is so friendly and professional and they made my experience with the law office seamless! I would highly recommend this law office and the associates!

Never hired a lawyer before, didn't really know what to do or expect. Everyone was so kind and helpful, all our questions were answered every step of the way in easy to understand terms. Fees for using them were easy to understand as well, no "Gotcha!" fees. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need for an honest legal team.

I could not say enough good things about the guidance and support I received from the Adley law firm during one of the worst experiences in my life. Their team are hands down the best people for the job. They made me feel so comfortable and walked me through every step along the way. If I had any questions I was responded to quickly. They greeted me every time I had to come to the office and their calm demeanor instantly made me feel better about the situation I was in. I would highly recommend this law firm!

Nothing about being in an accident is fun, however Adley and his team made the experience as stress free as they could for my family. Any time I had a question or problem with insurance they responded to and communicated the next steps to take. Everyone that helped throughout the process was very personable, professional and actually cared about us and what we were going through.

Horrible just horrible. Unhelpful, unprofessional, is not there to even help or give valid answers. Seek another attorney's office that cares. Pointless waste of my time!!!!!!!!! They don't even have my information for my circumstances correct listed below. Must be to try to "safe face" for their own staff's shortcomings. First impression - attorney's office is 100% greed and profit and 0% actual desire to help anyone.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
