I operate a full-service criminal defense law firm. I handle all misdemeanors and felonies, including drug crimes, burglary, robbery, forgery, bad checks, sex crimes, child pornography, and prostitution. I represent clients charged with DUI and DWI as well as traffic violations. I represent clients charged in state or federal court.
In addition to criminal defense, Patel Law Firm assists clients with a range of family law problems. I assist with divorce, separation agreements, property distribution, spousal maintenance or support, child support and visitation, among other matters. My law firm also represents landlords in landlord/tenant disputes.
