We strive to provide our clients with the best possible legal representation in a cost-effective and prudent manner. Fees are established in response to your needs and the complexity of the work and range from contingency agreements to hourly rates set after discussing each case. There is no cost for an initial consultation.

BIOGRAPHY

D. Gregory Howard, born Baltimore, Maryland, September 20, 1957; admitted to the bar, 1982, Maryland; 1985, District of Columbia. Education: Western Maryland College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1979); Washington and Lee University (J.D., 1982). Author: "Federal Estate Tax Tip for the General Practitioner," Maryland Bar Journal , July-August, 1985. Member: Baltimore County, Maryland State, and American Bar Associations. Guest lecturer for North Arundel Hospital 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, and 1994, the American Lung Association Better Breathing Groups, Baltimore and Anne Arundel County Senior Centers, the American Cancer Society, Glyndon United Methodist Church, Aid Association For Lutherans (AAL), AARP, as well as other churches and various community organizations, large and small. Participant in Maryland State Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Service and Sixty Plus Legal Program, providing free reduced-fee services to the elderly.

Continuous private practice since 1982. Beginning in Towson in 1982, followed by practice in both the Baltimore and Annapolis areas since 1986.
