The law firm of Baritz Law Associates LLC, has been representing clients in the Philadelphia area for more than 30 years. We aim to get you the results you want quickly and efficiently with the highest level of professionalism.

The core of our practice is real estate law, including matters relating to:

  • Real estate developers
  • Commercial real estate transactions
  • Commercial landlords
  • Residential real estate

While the majority of our practice is in real estate law, our lawyers are also experienced in a number of other areas. We represent startup businesses and provide counsel regarding their legal needs. We also maintain a domestic relations and criminal defense practice.

A Family Tradition of Service to the Law

Our founder, Baritz Law Associates LLC, graduated from Temple University in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1975. Mr. Baritz is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable practitioners of landlord/tenant law in the Philadelphia area.

Kenneth's son, Todd L. Baritz, also graduated, cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law, where he was vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society. After graduation, Todd completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Joseph A. Dych, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Todd is experienced in landlord and tenant law, criminal law, and collecting and enforcing judgments.

Harry F. Feinberg is of counsel to the firm. Mr. Feinberg focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense.
