Mr. Cutler also advises and represents clients on matters concerning contracts, licensing agreements, distributorship agreements, trade secrets, commercial leases, corporate maintenance, selection of business entities, employment agreements, employment manuals and construction contracts, as well as the fiduciary duties of officers and directors, conflict of interests and corporate management issues.
Prior to founding Cutler P.C., Mr. Cutler was a principal with the firm of Knapp, Petersen & Clarke (KPC) in Glendale, Calif. At KPC, he was the lead trial Attorney on a variety of complex business, employment and construction matters, as well as intellectual property matters.
Mr. Cutler also practiced with the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius, where he handled a variety of litigation matters in the areas of securities, anti-trust, RICO, real estate, contracts, construction, consumer protection and contractual disputes.
Mr. Cutler has also served as a court-appointed mediator.
Before entering law, Mr. Cutler was a personnel manager with the Department of Defense. There, he advised management of naval ship-to-ship weapons engineering departments on personnel matters, including staffing, training and disciplinary issues.
