Ms. Conway is way too nice. Thank you. Even though you are in the western part of Pennsylvania, and I am in Philadelphia, we were able to collaborate, address the issues of your case, PHMP, PNAP, and other matters with easy. Thanks for letting me help. Thanks for telling everyone I am the Pennsylvania Nurse and health care lawyer that cares, takes care of business, and takes care of his clients. For you to comfortably nap while I handled the issues is a true compliment. Thank you for letting everyone know how at ease you felt, how comfortable the representation was, and how confident you were and now are, in my services. Thank you.

I met Mr Hark in January of 2021. I am a registered nurse with 23 years. I was fired by my employer due to narcotic abuse allegation. I called him and he returned my call almost immediately. I was nervous wreck. He was patient and very calming. He came up with and action plan to resolve this matter with the Board of nursing. I felt very after talking to him. He led me step by step through a stressful process. I unfortunately complicated matters by acquiring a DUI. This dui was one of several have acquired over the years. I called him and thus he assured me that we could get thru the dui too. He handled situations with the utmost precision and dedication. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a lessor offense and I served 5 days on house arrest. It could have been worst because the DUI was considered a second offense and a refusal case. On top of everything else, I obtained a charge of driving while suspended DUI related. He was able beat the driving while suspended. It was reduced to a lower charge. No jail time and no extended suspension. He was at the Board of nursing hearing with me, We went over what the possible question the board may ask of me, We are still awaiting for the outcome. No matter how it turns out. He has done everything necessary for a positive outcome. I am sure he will do the same for you.

Richard Hark did a phenomenal job handling my case. If you find yourself facing disciplinary action, I recommend calling him. He prepared me for the interview and provided the tools I needed to navigate the process. I was skeptical at first about not undergoing the employer/recommended PNAP program, but Richard was the voice of reason. He guided me every step of the. I am thankful I called him first and allowed him to assist me. Don?t sign anything until you talk to him. Jessica is awesome. Don?t rush and get the best legal advice ? which is Rich Hark!!

I had been on PNAP for 4 years before finally having enough of their lies, deception, and bullying. I reached out to Richard for his expertise and it was the best decision I could have made. I only wish I called him sooner. He is an excellent lawyer and did everything in his power to achieve the best outcome. Within a couple of months I was finished with PNAP and could pursue my career in peace. Richard fights these battles on a daily basis so no matter your situation just reach out to him.

Richard handled a random drug screen failure test. Richard assured me after reviewing my case that he had everything under control and that he was very familiar with this type of case. He had copies of the exact contracts that PHMP and PNAP wanted me to sign. I reached out to Richard just in time before I agreed to "their" terms. Which I come to find isn't even the BON although they certainly lead you to believe they are. PNAP and PHMP both treat every single case as if they are the same. My case was a case that had zero bases for a three year full time probational period in which as a RN in Pa. meant I could not work if I was to be responsible of admitting control substances to pts. I was devastated to think that is how my new RN career was going to start. Richard and his team (Jessica) handled all my emails in a timely fashion, and Richard even gave me his personal cell number. He was very personable and always available, I hope to catch up with him fishing in the Florida Keys!! And because of his representation I have my career which allows me to be able to afford to visit the secret spots he advised me to fish at, in addition to his legal services!!! As Richard assured me from his first free consultation in his office (pre-covid), very shortly after his representation the board found no reason to further their investigation and the case is closed.

Thanks Larry for the great review. Every case is different and every client needs my help in different ways. The easiest way I help every client is to return calls, answer questions, show up in court on time, and manage the external contacts from the Board of Nursing, the local police, the courts, and Larry's family and friends. And, when all of the legal issues do not pan out, yes, refunds if warranted. Thanks for letting me help.

I hired Richard for a marijuana DUI. This was my first offense. PNAP sent me letters an attempted to trick me into signing their paperwork, etc. I found Richards information in one of the many comments stating not to enter the PNAP program. I called Richard, and he explained things to me. I hired Richard, an was so happy i did. He is great with answering questions, an is there for you with sound advice when you need him. He prepped me for my evaluation. His fee was reasonable, an he works with you on payment options. i highly recommend Richard to anyone dealing with any professional licensing issues. He is great.

Richard was my lawyer in 2019 and helped me handle a DUI case that would have ruined my current healthcare career and limited my future. Hiring him was the best decision I could have made as he guided me through the court process and handled communications with the Board. He was incredibly responsive to texts and email; he handled my crying phone calls so well and really put me at ease when I became overwhelmed or distressed. He was really patient with me and helped prepare me for my court appearance and medical evaluation. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL to hire an attorney whenever the board gets involved with your license. I had an excellent outcome and having Richard as my lawyer was the BEST money I have ever spent. I have my life back and can continue in a career that I love. He has amazing resources on his website showing his expertise and commitment to helping providers protect their professional licenses. They were wonderful to read and review when I became stressed or overwhelmed. I happily recommend Richard Hark for professional licensure issues, he is a legal expert in the field and I am so glad I found him.

The best attorney hands down. I had his personal cell number ANY time I text or called I heard back within an hour from him, not his secretary or paralegal. He is so knowledgeable of the laws with the board of nursing. He fought for me and we won. i can?t thank him enough. Due to His hard work and expertise i was Able to keep my nursing license and am now fighting covid-19 across the country traveling to different hot spots. I would have never been able to help all these people without his help.

Not only is Richard an excellent lawyer, he is an incredible man. He fought for me for 2 years, and was very understanding when it came to financial tough times for me. He worked with me always, and I will always be appreciative of his decency and kindness. My case was not an easy one, and Richard was very honest in telling me that, but in the end, my case was dropped. I have my career, and I will always be thankful for Richard?s hard work and dedication for me and my family.

Rich got back to be almost immediately after I submitted my inquiry on his site.....and that pretty much set the tone for our relationship. Very communicative, very direct and honest and ultimately, he delivered on what I hired him for -- getting me a test authorization from the state so I could take my board exam.

I was faced with a DUI that threatened my professional license and therefore my livelihood. These licensing boards try to force you into rigorous programming with lengthy consequences involved. Richard was very easy to access and remained highly responsive through the process. I appreciated that there was no smoke in mirrors, and he prepared me to defend myself should disciplinary action be taken against me. Richard made sure to call me and offer support and coaching before each Interview that I was subjected to through this process. I received minimal penalties and am close to the finish line. Thanks for your skill, fairness and efficiency. I would recommend him 100%

It?s hard to find a lawyer that is familiar with the State Board of Nursing and the traps of PHMP/PNAP/DMU. Richard Hark knows all their language and holds the keys to release the locks on our licenses. I wish I had consulted with him before I signed my initial order or spoke a word to their case managers. I?m sure the ten years I was imprisoned in their ?voluntary? recovery program for a DUI would have been over within a year or two. From the beginning he cut through the bs, simply told me what I needed to do, immediately responded to my questions several times a week and resolved my issue before my hearing date. I am finally free from the Board?s program with no restrictions on my license. Richard gets the job done and saved my career. I will forever be grateful.

Richard mixed no words when explaining the rigorous process of reinstating my professional license and prepared me for the process. His confidence and proven track record reassured me, and the payment plan made my life manageable while waiting for my professional license to be reinstated.
