I met Mr Hark in January of 2021. I am a registered nurse with 23 years. I was fired by my employer due to narcotic abuse allegation. I called him and he returned my call almost immediately. I was nervous wreck. He was patient and very calming. He came up with and action plan to resolve this matter with the Board of nursing. I felt very after talking to him. He led me step by step through a stressful process. I unfortunately complicated matters by acquiring a DUI. This dui was one of several have acquired over the years. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a lessor offense and I served 5 days on house arrest. It could have been worst because the DUI was considered a second offense and a refusal case. No jail time and no extended suspension. He was at the Board of nursing hearing with me, We went over what the possible question the board may ask of me, We are still awaiting for the outcome. It?s hard to find a lawyer that is familiar with the State Board of Nursing and the traps of PHMP/PNAP/DMU.
