Katie Page is senior counsel in the firm's Commercial Litigation group. She focuses her practice on environmental litigation and has handled cases involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Washington's Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), toxic torts and common law tort claims. She also handles other types of complex commercial and business litigation matters, including estate litigation, consumer class actions, breach of contract cases and appeals. She represents clients in state and federal court and in multi-party allocation proceedings. Katie has also handled a variety of pro bono matters, including immigration and asylum cases, social security disability matters and cases involving First Amendment rights.
