Founded on the principles of providing quality, professional representation, our law firm aids clients with Social Security Disability, retirement and survivors' benefits. I contacted this firm after speaking with many other firms. They took my case after I was denied long term disability by a major carrier. This is a long and argerous process no matter how you slice it. Marc Whitehead and associates have been there for me at every twist and turn of the process. Their staff is always professional and compassionate taking the time to explain every aspect of my cases. They have the horsepower to get things done for the little man and will not rest on their laurels at any point of the process. They are the real deal to say the least.

I not only worked for this firm for 4 years I till this day refer everyone I know with Long Term, VA, and Social Security Disability matters to them. Working at Marc Whitehead & Associates were some of the best years of my life. In those years I got to see how much this firm really cares for you and getting you your end result. I can not even get a conference call set up for a case that has been accepted years ago, with no one actually fighting for my rights. I find it almost neglect in the fiduciary duties as an attorney how my time has been waisted .
