Before meeting Philip, I was in a panic as I had received an offer from as a federal contractor and I had to do an FBI CORI which required fingerprints. I received a summons for a clerk magistrate?s hearing for making criminal threats (although I never directly threatened anyone). Philip Arnel will walk you through every step of the process and his calm demeanor and dedication to personally defend you (no paralegals or associates) will give you the best chance of winning your case. If you are successful in the clerk magistrate?s hearing the incident will not go on your record and it will be as if it never happened. If you go it alone and lose the hearing, the incident will go on your CORI and may even appear in the local paper. Being cheap in a case like this can be very expensive for you personally and professionally. In my specific case, Phil was able to cite a legal precedent that persuaded the police and clerk magistrate that no crime ever occurred.
