Musulin Law Firm Review (Thomas Belitza ESQ) Simply stated: I was desperate! I was going broke! I had a Divorce Agreement that was ignored for 7 years. I had my 3 kids more than the 50% scheduled time without any CS/AL Obligation relief. I had my income reduced to the point that I was the one making less but still paying CS/AL. I was then compelled to pay an additional 12 years of CS without discussion or redress. I had had enough! I went back to my original divorce lawyer. She stated that I “would end up paying even more”. I was at a loss for words! I was devastated. I was hopeless. I then met Mr. Belitza. We consulted. We made our stand. The Court concurred. I received a 98% Overall Obligation reduction! While Chris was my primary attorney, you are really getting the expertise and support of the entire firm. It is truly a group effort over there. Know that you will be actively informed on all matters related to your case and that you will be adequately briefed on all possible outcomes every time you go before the court. I will forever be impressed by how responsive and committed they are to seeing you through whatever situation. Finally, if money is an issue, which it very well might be; be up front and talk to the firm administrators-they will work with you! I cannot say enough about Musulin Law Firm, specifically about my lawyer Christina Fulton Groves. I was in a very difficult situation: coming out of a short-lived marriage where I had moved out of the country with a man who had dual citizenship. I had just escaped the marriage and returned to the USA with nothing to my name. I was also 2 months pregnant with my first child when I met Christina and the team there. Not only were they extremely compassionate, but they worked with me in every way possible given my situation. Christina was completely supportive yet honest with me every step of the way, but was also highly competent both with the laws and legal processes as well as with handling communication with my ex's lawyer who was in and from a different country/culture. In the end, I achieved getting the most important thing to me: full sole custody, without compromising beyond what I was willing to.
