My 10 year railroad career ended abruptly with a serious injury. I was told that I could not return to my job and things got crazy. Fortunately a friend gave me Fred's name. He came to my home and proceeded in the next year to guide me through the minefield before me. He was very forthright and honest and made himself available at all hours.
