I was honestly disappointed in the results that he got for me. He did not get the speed lowered or the points reduced. Should have been an easy task on a clean driving record and I also did the work beforehand of taking a driver improvement class on my own. I would not recommend. Especially for the price I paid I expected more. He made it seem like if he didn't get what we wanted he would put it postponed till another day. And he didn't even call me with the results or consult me with the offer before accepting.
