I worked with Donal McRoberts and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most caring and hardworking people I know. He helped me through the absolute worst time in my life. Not only with my case but he made sure I was getting the medical help I needed too. It was a long and stressful road, but he made sure that I was fully aware of all my options. Handled my case horribly initially signed me up and were unable to get the video that we had filed an electronic preservation of evidence form for, video which I was told they would be able to get before signing with them... After signing they were "unable" to get it and played soft ball with opposing attorneys leaving me with a minimal settlement and tried to manipulate me into feeling like it was a win, a pathetic duo and would not recommend them to anyone.
