Mr. Parke specializes in intellectual property litigation. His practice encompasses a variety of technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, telecommunications, data encryption, assay methods, food chemistry, consumer products, and pharmaceutical products. Mr. Parke also counsels clients in obtaining, evaluating, and enforcing intellectual property rights in a broad spectrum of technical disciplines and industries.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Parke served as a combat arms officer in the U.S. Army, which included both command and staff assignments and successful completion of several specialized schools. He was recalled to active duty for Operation Desert Storm.

During law school, Mr. Parke was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Dickinson R. Debevoise of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1989. He has also been an adjunct professor of patent law at Seton Hall University Law School.
