5.0 out of 5 stars

Truly the experience, professionalism and acute legal knowledge of Ron Smith turned what could have been a frightening long time legal issue into one of a small misdemeanor and a learning experience. We are very grateful we contacted Ron's office and will, with a high recommendation for all things traffic related and insist others do as well, if needed. It seems that helping is what they really do best.

Ronald Smith helped me in a bad spot. I got a reckless driving and he was able to bring it down to improper driving. Once I was found guilty of improper driving, we filed for expungement of the original reckless driving and he got that expunged from my record. Ronald and Martin B. helped me every step of the way and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone in need!

Attorney Ron Smith is an amazimg lawyer! I got my reckless speeding ticket dropped to a lesser charge. His prices are reasonable and he got a great reputation with his colleagues please consider Attorney Ron for any traffic incident. The most important thing for success in any case is to listen to what your lawyer says they have the know how to help you reach a better outcome. I recommend you call at least 3 lawyers and see what one you like the best, that's what I did and Attorney Ron won. Give him a call today!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
