Brian Jackson has extensive experience in the preparation and trial of cases in state and federal court. Although he has recently concentrated his practice in product liability and health care litigation, he has a broad range of experience in other areas, including insurance coverage litigation, professional malpractice cases, catastrophic personal injury cases, ERISA litigation and contract disputes. He has tried bench and jury cases to verdict in state and federal court and has argued many times before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He has particular expertise in issues concerning expert witnesses and Daubert law and practice.

He had Pro Hoc Vice admissions in numerous courts: Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Superior Court of Los Angeles, California; U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana;and in Brazoria County, Texas.

He is also active in civic and charitable activities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Nashville CARES since 2008 and of the Nashville Opera Association since 2005. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Comprehensive/Cares Foundation since 2010.
