We have been a community-based law office since 1975. Our commitment to our clients -- individuals, groups, social service and arts organizations and small businesses -- is informed by our progressive politics. If you are a tenant, a worker, a non-profit corporation, a small business owner or a consumer, if you wish to co-own a residence, start your first business or non-profit agency, or if you have been the victim of employment discrimination, lead paint poisoning, employer electronic snooping, a consumer rip-off or other corporate greed, we would feel privileged to represent you.
Our approach to addressing legal concerns is client-centered. Our two attorney office emphasizes individualized, informed and empathetic service, and close communication with our clients. We are skilled and thorough negotiators and litigators, with experience in a wide variety of legal fields, including Consumer Protection, Privacy Rights, Tenants' Rights, Employment Discrimination, Non-Profit Organizations and Federal Tax Exemption, Divorce, Personal Injury, Wills and Trusts, and Real Estate, among many others.
We offer a sliding scale fee structure based on your household income, and we focus on working closely with you to achieve the best results possible.
