Tom has represented the Special Committee to the Board of Directors of Moneygram, Inc. in connection with a restructuring transaction involving a controlling shareholder; Homeward Residential in litigation relating to the mortgage servicing industry; and Texas Instruments in several intellectual property, licensing, and contract actions. He also has represented The MathWorks in a successful jury trial in the Eastern District of Texas involving claims of copyright infringement.
Tom belongs to the American Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association. He is council member for the Dallas Bar Antitrust Section and the Antitrust and Business Litigation Section where he also serves as the secretary-treasurer. He serves as the partner responsible for Jones Day's litigation support services firmwide.
