Gamez Law Firm - San Antonio, TX

Mr. Gamez's television commercials and billboards where he exclaims "Gamez Law Fights" were undoubtedly persuasive. He appeared to genuinely care about the people of San Antonio, his clients and their injuries. However, my experience tells a different story. After being dragged under a rental truck for about 30 feet, I miraculously escaped being run over by the wheels. Unfortunately, my injuries apparently were not deemed significant enough for Mr. Gamez's firm to prioritize my case and earn substantial profits. During my consultation on April 25, 2023, I spoke with his son, Joe Jr., who eagerly urged me to sign a letter of representation. The very next day, he referred me to another law firm that supposedly had a successful history of suing the national rental company that owned the truck. Joe Jr. also promised that his father, Joe Sr., would contact me in a couple of days. However, weeks passed, and I received a curt message from the other law firm's attorney, stating that he was no longer representing me with no explanation. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Joe Jr. via calls and emails, I never received a response. Today, December 19, 2023, I have come to the realization that I will never hear back from Joe Gamez. I believe the firm's lack of responsiveness has had a detrimental impact on my chances of receiving compensation for my injuries. I feel compelled to caution other accident victims to carefully consider signing a letter of representation from this firm if they require assistance.

Never signed any contracts until 1 week after their deadline. And they just took 7 thousand dollars of my money when their lawyer Micheal Powell or something like that told me nothing but lies. Big malpractices on all these peoples part. Stay away and write grievance. Total scam and then they our in a familia. What does that even mean?? Total scam gamez is!!!
