Our firm has been in continuous existence since it was founded in 1910 by Carl H. Davis. In 1955, Carl H. was joined in his law practice by his son Robert L. Davis, who died in Jan. 2014.Carl H. Rick Davis has retired as of January 2019, Carl B. Davis is now the Standing Bankruptcy Trustee, District of Kansas Chapter 12 & 13
