Declined a case of documented neglect and abuse where resident did not receive blood thinning meds, causing near death pulmonary embolism, resulting in fall/broken hip, loss of quality of life. Case includes photos of wounds from abuse, as well. STOP listing as nursing home abuse/neglect lawyers, if you do not want to take cases!

Commercial states compassion is their motto - not true - money they can win is their motto - wouldn't take my parents abuse and neglect case

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Terrible for workers comp. Was told "the insurance company has too much power". My concerns were egregiously ignored & the attorney did not know my medical case at all. Do not respond telling me to call. You had your opportunity to handle as promised and the fact is, zero effort was made.

I hired Bachus & Schanker along with the National Disability Group for my disability claim. They completely stopped speaking to me. I?ve called and left multiple voicemails and have sent multiple emails and no response. The ONE time I did get a hold of someone, she laughed at me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I?m very disappointed and expect a firm to be more professional. I guess they?re no longer representing. It would have been nice if they had let me know instead of ignoring me.

The attorney who handled my case re: employment law was disappointing. He was not caring, compassionate, had no empathy and I rarely heard from him regarding my case. Supposedly he is the only Employment Law attorney and I do not recommend him. 2020.
