During that time he has been a prosecutor, a public defender and private lawyer. He has appeared in both Federal and State Courts.
William graduated from law school at Salmon P. Chase in 1978. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 1975 with Bachelor of Science in Business. He served as McCracken County Bar Association President.
William is married to Latisha Kinsey Kautz. He has two children. Charlie is now a Chiropractor and Sami works in the hotel industry. He enjoys boating, traveling and playing golf.
