Tom has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and a masters degreed in environmental engineering and focuses his practice on patent prosecution, licensing, and IP counseling, with a particular emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the aviation, software, navigation, optics, and electronic fields.
