Michelle H. Lewis, Esq. is a member of the firm of Kozek LLP. She graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, where she focused her studies on family law, negotiation and divorce mediation. At Harvard Law School, she was a member of the Board of Student Advisors and taught Mediation Skills to students through Harvard Law's Mediation Program. She was also a teaching assistant for Harvard Law's negotiation program and its Program of Instruction for Lawyers. Ms. Lewis received her Masters' Degree in International Relations from Yale University and a Bachelors' Degree (Phi Beta Kappa) from Columbia College. Ms. Lewis was admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 1998. Upon graduation from Harvard Law School, she clerked for Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum in the Southern District of New York. She then worked as a litigation associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City. In 2003, Ms. Lewis earned two graduate certificates from New York University, one in life coaching and the other in small business coaching. She worked as a life coach on a part-time basis for ten years before stopping to focus on her family law practice.
