Ms. White was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2007 and the Massachusetts State Bar in 2005. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University and Hofstra University School of Law. Ms. White is a practiced trial lawyer, having represented individuals, companies, and local governments in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including appeals. Ms. White regularly litigates personal injury cases and insurance coverage matters.
Ms. White is also experienced in handling employment disputes, including EEOC investigations and complex federal litigation in both the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and in 2011 she was admitted to practice before the United State Supreme Court.
