By virtue of his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Justice has expanded his practice to include alternative dispute resolution services. Mr. Justice serves as a mediator or arbitrator to resolve civil disputes and avoid the significant costs associated with litigation and trial. Mr. Justice received his mediation and negotiation training at the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law. He privately mediates both federal and state court lawsuits, and he mediates disputes that have not progressed to formal litigation.
Mr. Justice is a 1981 graduate of Anderson University, a 1987 graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and he received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1994. Mr. Justice served as a law clerk for the Honorable Nathaniel R. Jones of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from 1994-1995. Mr. Justice is admitted to the bars of the State of Ohio, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. Mr. Justice is a member of the Dayton and Miami County Bar Associations and the Sedona Conference (Electronic Discovery).
Mr. Justice resides in Troy with his wife, Susan, and their two children.
