As an experienced courtroom litigator and appellate advocate, Mr. Oldehoff knows how to assess and value a case, strategize to bring about a favorable settlement, prepare for a trial geared to maximizing the presentation of the client's case, and how to obtain the best possible outcome for the client. Mr. Oldehoff has tried cases lasting from as little as one day to as long as eight weeks. He has handled cases in all of Florida's state and federal courts, in the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, and in the American Arbitration Association. He has argued appeals in each of Florida's District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Having served with three counties at the highest level in local government law, one of which as County Attorney, Mr. Oldehoff has experience with the entire spectrum local government practice. From advising government bodies, to writing ordinances and contracts, to overseeing projects, to writing and lobbying for litigation, Mr. Oldehoff knows how to accomplish the objectives and defend the actions of local governments.

Mr. Oldehoff's Land Use, Environmental, and Zoning Law practice has been at the forefront of the law in Florida. He has advised and represented local governments as well as private property owners. Mr. Oldehoff knows how to obtain the best possible outcome for the client.
