Cedric Hollabaugh was born and raised in Butler, Indiana. After graduating from Eastside High School, Cedric attended Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis (IUPUI). Cedric received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic and Investigative Sciences in 2011. Cedric received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in October of 2016. Cedric runs a private law practice out of Butler, Indiana and serves as the City Attorney for the City of Butler.
