We have had some civil issues we first talked to Freddie he was to write a letter on our behalf. When I read this letter I was so disappointed that I couldn't even email him back. Not any of it was what we had talked about nothing applied to our situation. Our civil issues only escalated so I reached out again we were passed on to the next guy Jason called me saying he wanted the case. We were told to send everything we had on the case. First he told me that he had not had the time to read anything then when we were on our way to our consult we were told they could not open an Apple document. So we transferred it into a different document but still Jason refused to read what was sent. During the consultation he kept repeating the same things not listening the what the issues were and still refusing to read the history of what led us to the situation. The plan was to ask for a continuance so that there was more time to read and prepare. The next day was our court date. When he realized that the defendant was without a lawyer or witness Jason kept urging me to not get the continuance but to strike now. I asked him if he had read what I gave him he told me no I told him I wanted him to be more prepared but he kept pressuring me to go through with it anyway. Needless to say we lost our case. This was nothing but a super easy 1500 bucks to him. He kept insisting that we made the right call but my husband and I know that it wasn't. He made no effort to prepare he simply winged it. What we witnessed in that court room was absolutely the worst. He was rambling on making little sense it was apparent that he was not prepared at all. I would not ever recommend this law firm or attorneys for any reason.

Jason is my court appointed lawyer for family court and with that being said he has always been available and knowledgeable about anything and everything I have had questions about. He is a godly, professional and hard working lawyer and I have never had a better experience with a law firm. If you are looking for a lawyer that knows his stuff and will fight for you I would highly recommend Mr. Wunsch! Everyone says Jessie Jones or Mark Key are the best lawyers in Harnett county but I truly think Jason Wunsch is the best lawyer around! Him and his team have given my case their undivided attention and he has been doing this for so many years there is not a question he can't answer. If you want a lawyer that is gonna give you the best chance at winning your case with the best paralegals and most experience then call this man! He is the best!!

I had Wunsch represent me for a DWI case. They are by far the most incompetent lawyers in this field. I could not get a straight answer about any questions I asked, when I DID actually get to speak with an attorney they never knew the specifics about my case. I never had an attorney that was assigned toy case I just spoke with whoever was available. My case was settled by someone they had hired after dragging it on for over 9 months and I'm still trying to do what they should have done. I will probably have to hire another lawyer to finish dealing with this. Horrible experience, I would NEVER recommend this firm.
