Best law firm from the get-go. I had heard good thinks but I wasnt sure if i would retain and just went for advice. At my initial meeting with my lawyer, I had all my questions answered and we started to work on a strategy right there and then. My lawyer's smart questioning really got to the heart of the issues and i walked out of the meeting feeling confident about how to move forward.... fast forward a few months and I have a great custody arrangement for the kids and my lawyer even managed to get a number of other issues sorted at the same time, too. I recommend this law firm.

Highly recommended. I hired Weinberger Law for my international child custody matter between the UK and US and couldn't have asked for better representation. They quickly 'got' my situation, understood the nature of my high conflict ex, and started working immediately to secure custody. they re used to dealing with aggressive characters and truly shone in court by asking a few smart questions to show the judge what my ex is really like. Highly recommended! I used Weinberger Law Group for an international child custody matter between NJ and the UK. Honestly? I couldnt have asked for better representation. I had spoken to several other lawyers previously who had promised the earth but I didn't feel confident they had the experience. Weinberger was honest and direct from the first meeting and didn't over promise. I had a realistic expectation going into this, which gave me more confidence than being promised the earth. My case was complex but they got to the key facts of the case quickly, did their due diligence, put together a clear strategy and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. I would never use them. Kourtney never properly defended me and never followed up with judges orders especially when it came to questions of custody. Judge referred to mediation for children and she completely never followed up. At the end they dropped me because I did not listen to them. Having outside attorney reviewing her incompetence and possibly refer to bar associatiation as her advice was to benefit her but not to me
