In searching for a firm to assist in my development of a complete estate plan (wills, trusts, etc.) I came upon this firm. I contacted Sean Rankin, a partner at this firm, and was immediately comfortable with his representation. He led me through the process in a professional yet personable manner. He was patient, answering all questions I had about my needs in an easy to understand way. He was very responsive, with any question answered in a day or less! I could go on and on... let me just say that if you need an estate lawyer I highly recommend Sean Rankin of the firm Ventura, Miesowitz, Keough & Warner, P.C. Sean was my "face" to the firm and I couldn't have had a better experience. For any legal needs in the future I'll be calling this firm first.

I had an issue with a commercial apartment group where upon move in date the apartment was not up to the standards agreed upon when I signed the lease. They agreed to break the lease and I was told a check would be sent out in a week. A month passed and no check. So I went back to their office to inquire and to my surprise there was a different management group that had no idea of my issue and told me I had to contact the previous management at the corporate level. After many attempts to get in touch with the corporate group I wasn?t getting anywhere. I couldn?t even get in touch with anyone at corporate except for an answering machine. That?s when I turned to legal action and acquired the services of this firm. Mr. August Ventura esq. was quick to act and within a week I received a check from the apartment group returning my deposit. Fees were standard and I was happy to get my money back. I feel had I not attained legal services I would not been successful on my own to get the corporation to return my money

Mr. Ventura sends his son August to do some of his cases and the son is absolutely clueless. I can?t believe he wasted my time and made me run out of time to pursue my case. He?s not professional and he doesn?t respond in a timely fashion. He took at least a month to respond back to any of my concerns.
