I highly recommend Scharfman Law Firm for any and all work related, employment issues. From the first day I contacted Mr. Scharfman I felt heard and understood. Linda, his assistant and right-hand, kept me informed through every step of the process and answered every question I had. I really cannot say enough good things about this law firm. Mr. Scharfman was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and an excellent storyteller. I?ve read other reviews stating Scharfman Law Firm as being the best in Houston. I would venture to say best in the state. I called Scharfman Law Firm on July 9, 2023 and my case was resolved February 9, 2024.

I cannot say enough good things about Ian and Linda at Scharfman Law Firm. I had a complicated and very involved case, and Ian not only guided me through the entire process but made me feel accurately represented. In addition, Ian and Linda both were extremely prompt in their response time. I never felt like I was left wondering about "what was next" or "where we were at" at any time during the 11 months we worked together. Ian is the best lawyer for employment cases in Houston.
