Most people don't enjoy going to court. I have been many times for various reasons. This firm is absolutely the best when it comes to being in the courtroom. I first worked with RSB for a traffic violation. I was guilty and this team worked out a great solution for me. The next time I engaged RSB was for family court. My children had aged out of child support. But the court system is designed to make it difficult for the fathers. I tried myself to get this resolved. Nothing worked. Once Joe Bante took my case things started to move quickly. We finally got a court date, and the court was not prepared. None of the documents were in the room. Joe was able to overcome this problem by writing the decision document by hand on the fly. The document was exactly what we needed, and the Judge immediately signed off. Excellent attorney with a great deal of legal knowledge and knows the St. Louis County system inside and out.
