I contacted Rittgers and Rittgers and Steve Kilburn talked to me about my case and met me in person before I even hired him and from the beginning I could tell he had my families well being at the forefront and I felt at peace with him. I?m a crime victim and I was Konrad Kircher?s client. The FBI agents had so much compassion for my situation that they referred me to FBI victim specialists to protect me and the prosecutor had written many emails to encourage me. Hiring Konrad Kircher is the wrongest decision I?ve made. He took a lot of money from me, yelled at me, and when I revealed his misconducts, he even intentionally filed fake pleadings in Court in an effort to attack me in retaliation. Afterwards, he even threatened to sue me! I know he is going to make false denial by saying this review is fake and he would start faking a whole bunch of fake allegations in his reply only to attack his client. I wish I could attach all the evidence on here. but this website doesn?t allow me to attach screenshot. I?m extremely concerned that the pain of other victims would also be deepened by Konrad Kircher treating them disrespectfully. I chose to hire Kircher in the beginning because he is way more expensive, I expected a better representation based on more money he requests. However, 1. Kircher lies and does not even show basic respect nor sympathy 2. What Kircher wants is just money rather than helping crime victims Facts: (1) When we first talked, Kircher emailed me ?if you have other attorneys interested in representing you, I suggest you go with them.? But Right after I told him that I had $5,000 dollars lawyer fees, he immediately changed his mind and took my $5,000 dollars. After I said I had money, He initiated the call to me and asked me to send money to his office!! I never insisted on hiring him because he does not have good reputation! (2) During the representation, Kircher yelled at me, ?So I am done with these games. There is only one person wasting time and it is you. If you want to keep fighting this senseless battle against ___, then find another lawyer.? (3) Kircher also emailed me, ?I suspect you are playing games. You have a history of being deceptive.? While he did not prove if I lied, he directly called me deceptive only because he wanted to yell at me and at the same time he wanted to charge me more money by wasting the time. Kircher shows no compassion nor respect but only insult and rudeness to his clients. He lied to me about himself being compassionate and respectful, but these are all lies. (4) As the bill showed, Kircher even charged me $245 dollars and $805 dollars on writing these insulting emails to me! As Kircher?s client, I had to pay for these insulting emails from him! (5) Kircher asked me to email him back and forward more than 10 times because my signature did not look the way he wanted while I already used other legal documents to prove that it was indeed my signature. He charged me $805 dollars for these emails. On top of his previous behaviors, I highly suspect that he was wasting time in order to get more attorney fees. My concerns: Kircher knows that I am indeed a crime victim based on the statements from law enforcement that I sent to him. I?m very shocked by his actions---he lies and does not even show basic respect nor compassion. He is a liar, who insults his client and takes clients? money! And Kircher even threatened to sue me when I disclosed his disrespects!! Fun fact: I posted a review in mid Feb 2021, but somehow Kircher or somebody else removed it. So now I reposted it. What?s interesting was that right after I posted a truthful negative review for Kircher (in mid Feb 2021), Kircher, who rarely gets reviews in the past 30 years, immediately got two positive reviews on 2/21/2021 and 2/22/2021 (two days in a row). However, Kircher rarely got reviews (whether good or bad) in the past years. I thus highly suspect that he faked those good reviews for himself, which I?m not surprised by his falsification as he had lied to me too many times.

Konrad Kircher agreed to represent me in my sexual abuse case against the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. At the time, little was known about the extent of the abuse committed by priests in the Archdiocese. As it turned out there were many victims.
