SSDI or SSI?
Often when potential clients come to Pitts & Zanaty for their free initial consultation, they do not know whether SSDI or SSI would be the best choice for them.
Social Security Disability Insurance is for people who either cannot work or who have a very limited work capacity due to their mental or physical disability. Supplemental Security Income, on the other hand, is for people with disability who have limited income and resources. We take the time to listen to our clients' story and understand the situation they find themselves in, and explain them their options.
The attorneys in our law firm put their 40-plus years of experience to work for clients, obtaining exactly the help they need. In addition, we never charge legal fees unless and until clients get that help.
