Very unprofessional! Hired to handle our estate, they took our money then wouldn't take our calls. Botched our case offered refund for all their mistakes and never honored it. Kept our money and didn't do their job! Never bothered to tell us that our attorney no longer worked for them, then after months of calls said they would assign someone else never did! ONLY after I requested a refund didnthey try and help! Never got our refund AND got billed for the little bit they tried to do to fix their mistakes! Terrible company
