I just called office, was interrupted when trying to give details. She proceeded to give me a number to call. I had beforehand told her that I was hearing impaired. That made no difference to her, she did not even try to accommodate me and my disability. She hung up the phone. Same on you for discrimination against me.

No response to my request for traffic ticket review. Sent copy of ticket, they requested my email address which I sent, They said the ticket would need to be reviewed by one of their attorneys. No follow up

Mr. Jeter and Peter Nosal have been incredible in helping me personally on a few speeding tickets as well as members of my staff with their tickets. These guys have the process down and their communication is excellent! Pay the money and let them handle it. I have gone to court in the past and handled it myself. It cost me more time AND they could have negotiated a much better outcome saving me hundreds of dollars in future insurance premium increases in the future. I trust these guys with all my traffic ticket needs.

I'm embarrassed to say that Nosal & Jeter have handled two tickets for me in two different states. Because of their efficiency and professionalism, I have referred them to a neighbor who also received excellent results

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
