Great law firm with great people, who actually care about clients.

It was an absolute disastrous financial and emotional experience involving the Nave Law Firm in my case. They disingenuously shower their potential clients with the prospect of empathetic, intimate and zealous representation, but in actuality deliver a financially exploitive and stress-inducing nightmare once you retain them. The firm is unorganized, chaotic, and deduct unnecessarily from your retainer fee if you criticize their disorganization as it pertains to your case, or inquire about relevant errors in salient legal documentation. The staff, collectively, is highly condescending and vindictive, and literally will make your experience with them as emotionally and financially uncomfortable as possible if you dare give them anything less than a 5 star regular monthly rating or question the necessity of charges on your monthly billing statement. I personally experienced an incredibly manipulative and sneaky paralegal who created unnecessary dialogue to charge me liberally. After growing fed up with their handling of my case and disbursement of the retainer amount, I terminated them as my counsel and asked for the remainder of my outstanding retainer amount. Directly after doing so, the firms managing partner, gaslit me, rewriting the most recent billing statement to reflect that I actually owed the firm money! The second you take a questioning stance against the firm and attempt to advocate for what you yourself truly desire in your case, the firm’s inflated ego gets in the way and they begin interacting with you in an adversarial way as if their litigating against opposing council. Do yourself a favor and do not be smooth talked into giving this firm your money, your stress levels and respective legal battle will regret it.

Would not recommend, had very little contact asked to review i gave my review asked me if i minded giving them the reason for my review i told them i just wanted to know what was happening even if nothing was at least id know after giving them my reason i was told to find a different law firm. i was told it was just a ticket simply a ticket and i was creating more issues then needed to be over a ticket im sorry to me it wasn't just a ticket. In the beginning i thought it was a great law firm told alot of people if they needed a lawyer to go to them, now ive told them not to go to them find someone else

Crooks, they took my money and didn’t do anything to help and when I asked for money back they gave me back about 6% of what I gave them. They made mistakes, admitted them, and felt like I should have to pay for there mistakes. They even had the audacity to put it in the final bill. I intend to file a complaint with the bar association.
